Memorial Day Weekend

Effing great, three day weekend, i'll be frank with this one. Pool, board games, and hotdogs; what more could a holiday weekend ask for.

Catching up / Summer Plans

Today I caught up on reading the greatest RA in the history of RA's blog. It was, and always is, a great feeling to read anything Mike posts. I dont know if I've posted this before but I'm gonna say it again if I have and say it now if i haven't; If I were to choose one man to have a man-crush on it would be Mike, he's just so amazing in everyway. That being said, I believe my once man-crush has grown to all out love.
Bottom line, I need to schedule some time to hang with his beautiful soul this summer.

Reading his last few blog posts made me think about what my time is going to be spent doing this summer.

• Work M-F 8:45 - 5:15
• Learning more Photoshop
• Playing lots of Basketball
• Going on lots of dates w/MacKenzie
• Kicking my magic: the gathering adiction
• Eating right
• Getting a new car
• Saving as much money as possible while still having a lil fun here and there

Thats a pretty small list but the thngs that go into each of them will pretty much occupy all of my time:)

I totally forget what I was going to write this about

It has come to my attention that some people don't appreciate my constant Facebook quiz taking, so from henceforth I will be doing my best to stay away from aforementioned quizzes.

Weekend's end

Monday morning here I sit. I'm supposed to be opening the mail, but I must put out my thoughts on the weekend first!

Friday night: Crazy Monkeys Show + Basketball + Ka-Night Spot = Amazing

Saturday: Large Strawberry Shake + Dominion + Basketball + John's Shaved Head + Fazoli's = Amazing

Sunday: Broad Ripple + Starbucks + X-Men Origins w/MacKenzie + TV w/MacKenzie = Best Weekend ever

That all being said, I've got a horrible case of the Mondays, I cant wait until this weekend. Ugh if only college was over last weekend, I would love to see my friends on weekdays! 1 more week Mitch! One more week!

The best night I've had in a good long while...

I'm sorry that I haven't posted in such a long while and I'm sorry that I got everyones hopes up that I would be starting a new blog but such is life, and for anyone who knows me its not just life, its my life.

Now on to the best night I've had in a good long while.

Last night I drove up to Purdue to visit me mates. There was some Ka-night spot grillage and some co-rec ballin, but most importantly the reason I journeyed was to see the last crazy monkeys show that mike and shauvon and tim would ever be in. I must say it was a truly emotional show from the beginning. (Shauvon gave a great improved speech to open up the night that really put the night into perspective.) Mike and Tim also gave shining performances, nothing less that what I've come to expect from the veteran monkeys, plus a little extra. I was totally bummed when Shavon stopped the show early just so he could get an encore but hey it was definitely worth it for him so im down.

Moral of the story:If your day starts out pouring down rain, dont let it get you down because theres bound to be some great comedic relief eventually or maybe even a pick up game of 21 in it for ya!

effin' update

I've been busy lately and that has lead to my lack of posting here, I'm starting a new blog to write game reviews:) so if anyone is interested they should check it out once i get it designed and written....

(I really haven't been busy I just say that to excuse me for never posting anything here)

New Experience: White Toast! (French Style)

So dispite my neverfading affection for breakfast foods, I've never made french toast! So I looked up how to do it and am in the process of cooking it up right now:) (it's 3:54 in the afternoon)

Its never too late in the day for breakfast, so if anybody shares my affection for breakfast they can join me for some homecooked frenchtoast or maybe if you dont trust me some Denny's perhaps?

Oh and with the extra egg mixture im making cinnamon scrambled eggs!
